An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Collections/Administration Officer to join a forward-thinking business in the Sports industry based in Melbourne's Inner suburbs. Reporting into the Finance Manager the Collections/Administration Officer will be passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills.
Working as a member of a small high performing team, the Collections/Administration Officer will be an integral member of the operations team.
The main responsibilities in the role will include:
- Conduct collection calls
- Negotiating payment plans
- Drive a positive customer experience while delivering on the bad debt targets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Managing the phone lines
You will have some collections/administration/customer service experience within a corporate environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to new ways of working and not be afraid to use initiative to resolve queries.
