The Company

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation that provides multiple specialised services to their clients and community. This establishment has stood the test of time with its foundations going beyond a century. Our client is always looking to build and engage its community and in this instance, the architecture of the customer journey and the financial systems &processes need to be assessed and developed. As such, an opportunity for a Business Analyst has presented itself.

The Role

Reporting directly into the IT Manager, the role will require you to contribute to two main initiatives. You will;

  • Assess and document the current customer journey architecture of its systems and business processes, and furthermore develop solution upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to build new business process solutions
  • Map the as-is Level 2 & 3 business processes which support these customer journeys which include engagement, customer satisfaction, transactions, financial management, billing and onboarding.
  • Assess and report on the current finance processes and systems supporting their customer transactions and build both system and process improvements.
  • Assess and document the current payroll process that support the future service models and then provide any solutions to ensure the systems are built for maximization.
  • Manage both internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To be the successful candidate you will have impressive Business Analyst experience in a lean environment. You will relish the opportunity to be part of such an influential organisation to it's community and customers. You will have;

  • Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and documenting business improvement solutions.
  • A solid understanding of digital business to consumer processes which consider customer experience to financial transactions.
  • Exposure to NFP's organisations or the aged care/disability/NDIS/CDC or fee-for-service.
  • Knowledge of IT systems that facilitate customer engagement and transactions such as ERP, CRM or CMS.
  • Sound stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to gather requirements and key insights and furthermore document these findings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of business or enterprise architecture but it's not essential.
