Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced, self-motivated Bookkeeper to join a growing advisory organisation based in the Inner South-Eastern Suburbs.
This is a fantastic Temporary to Permanent opportunity offering Part-Time hours, 3 days per week.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Account Reconciliations
- Assisting with Month-End duties
- Journal Entries
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Assisting with BAS preparation
- Assist with Payroll processing
- Managing Superannuation payments
- Assisting with Reporting
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
To be successful, you will have proven experience in a similar Bookkeeping role. Experience using MYOB & Xero as well as intermediate Excel skill will be highly advantageous. You will be a self-start with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. You will be required to utilise your experience and hit the ground running with little/no training in this role.
