Robert Half is currently recruiting for 2 Revenue Services Officers to join one of Victoria's largest healthcare providers based in the Inner Suburbs. Reporting to the Revenue Services Manager, you will become an integral part of a large, fast paced revenue team who pride themselves on their culture of teamwork.
Previous experience within the Healthcare industry is highly desirable!
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Collection of overdue patient accounts
- Liaising with Medicare, Private Health Funds, WorkCover etc
- Managing Medicare and Private Health fund claims
- Patient Billing
- Managing and resolving patient enquires
- Weekly & Monthly reporting
- Reconciliation of patient accounts
- Ad-Hoc duties as required
To be successful, it is essential you have the following experience:
- 3+ years AR & Billing experience preferably within the Healthcare industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- A true customer service approach to work
- A High-level accuracy & attention to detail
- Excellent system skills including Intermediate Excel
- Patient Management Systems experience - Highly desirable
Previous experience with electronic Medicare claims, re submissions and health fund contacts would be highly advantageous.
