The Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will find yourself in an integral role to the everyday operation of the business. Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound client and supplier queries via. phone and email
  • Database management and administration - digital and filing
  • Facilities Management - liaising with building manager
  • Diary Management and Travel Coordination (a Must)
  • Collating and entering staff expenses
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as per required
