Robert Half is currently recruiting for a highly regarded and prestigious organisation near the centre of Melbourne. Offices are easily accessible by car, public transport or even on foot from the CBD. This is a relatively small non for profit with a family oriented and supportive team. They have a very stable finance structure but are looking for someone to cover a period of maternity for around 6 months in duration.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Daily banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Handling petty cash
- Receipting of debtor payments and payment allocations
- Updating daily receipts spreadsheet
- Handling debtor queries
- AD hoc finance and accounts receivable tasks as directed
You will also use the MYOB system on a daily basis and liaise with stakeholders across the organisation.
To be successful, you will be a skilled accounts candidate who has previous exposure to Accounts Receivable and the above duties. We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 1 years experience and are happy to consider either Australian residents or those on a working holiday visa. You will also have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to start quickly.
