Robert Half is currently recruiting for an industry leading Retail based organisation close to Melbourne's CBD. Offices are easily accessible by public transport. The company have a large finance function in Melbourne and are able to offer progressional opportunities for hard working, ambitious employees.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include:
* High volume data entry of invoice related information
* Processing invoices
* Handling customer and vendor queries
* Use of in house accounting system
* Ad hoc admin and finance related tasks
You will also use the organisations in house accounting system and will liaise regularly with customers, internal sales teams and senior managers across the business.
This is a busy and challenging position where no two days are the same.
To be successful, you will have some previous experience in Accounts Payable and will be happy processing and entering high volumes of data. You should be systems savvy with good communication skills as well as the ability to start quickly.
