Robert Half is currently recruiting for a skilled Accounts officer to immediately join a vibrant finance team based in Port Melbourne. This is a short-term 4 week assignment starting ASAP!
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
- Processing of Accounts Payable
- Processing of Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Resolving Supplier and Customer Queries
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
To be successful, you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Officer role. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail and a customer service approach to work. Large ERP system skills (SAP, Oracle, Great Pains etc) as well as intermediate Excel skills is essential.
