Working in a team of three providing frontline support using exceptional technical abilities. It will be a diverse role including support for Active Directory, Office 365 in a Microsoft environment. There is a Strong priority on systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. ITIL understanding is preferable as well as experience around ITSM Systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
You will possess strong troubleshooting skills using a systematic approach. The position will be primarily based on a Windows environment previous understanding around Citrix and application support will be highly regarded. Initially it will begin as a 3 month contract but will transition into a permanent member of staff.
