Based in the CBD fringe, this national Not-for-Profit seeks a friendly, corporately presented and experienced Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 4 weeks due to project work. This organisation pride themselves on their community focus and the ability to truly impact a persons' life.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
- Typing letters and sending to clients
- Organising catering
- Booking meetings
- Data entry
- Electronic filing
- General administration
You will have a warm, professional and confident personality and have the ability to talk people from various backgrounds. You will display exceptional communication skills and ideally have worked with SalesForce or a similar large CRM.
Our client is looking for someone who has had experience in temp reception roles previously to ensure they can hit the ground running, along with NFP experience.
