The Company


Our client is a growing, dynamic company who is experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a receptionist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to upskill.


This role is for a minimum of 2 weeks with view for extension.


The Role


Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a receptionist with key responsibilities including:



  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings

  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies

  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

  • Preparing documents for meetings and business trips

  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries

  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation

  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff

  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members

  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes


About you


To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.


Please note that you will need to have a car.
