Working in a team of eight providing frontline support. Initially beginning as support consultant, you will; diagnose hardware faults & assist with replacement where necessary, liaise with users to provide assistance and resolve issues. Referring to a third party when needed, keep documentation in order and up to date and identify, record & report potential issues to ensure system improvement.
The role will then transition into a Systems Trainer. You will learn and understand the operations of the Retail Management System, to then effectively conduct systems training with internal staff across Australia. You will document visits accordingly to suggest improvements moving forward.
Due to the nature of the role you will have exceptional customer service, communication & presentation skills. The support role will primarily be focused in a Windows environment, so you will have previous experience in a similar commercial support role. Previous experience supporting Point of Sale Systems or other Retail Management Systems will be essential. Some interstate travel will be required, you will need a current driver's license with your own vehicle desirable.
