Be part of a winning team. This rapidly growing organisation requires an immediately available Helpdesk Analyst to join the collaborative team of IT professionals. Specialise in first and second level IT support and receive industry leading training and exposure to the latest technologies.
You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and a genuine passion for IT. You will deliver remote and over the phone support to an internal customer base across Australia as you diagnose, fix and escalate technical issues. A healthy training budget is in place to provide you with the appropriate training to progress in your career as part of a high performing team.
This organisation is seeking a Helpdesk Technician demonstrating a minimum 12 months commercial experience in a similar environment. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft technology; Server 2010 & Active Directory. You will display outstanding customer service skills as you fix face to face, remote and over the phone issues.
