A well respected company specialising in the professional division operating for over 30 years. They pride themselves on their customer service skills, to support over 800 members of staff. The organisation looks after their team and reinvests heavily into the IT department, with extensive training & opportunity to develop in place.
Working in a dynamic team of five, you will be the first point of call providing frontline support using high quality customer service skills. It will be a diverse role including support for Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365 and Exchange in a Microsoft Environment. ITIL understanding is beneficial as well as experience around ITSM Systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
You will possess effective troubleshooting skills with previous experience working in a corporate helpdesk environment desirable. The role at times will be challenging. You will be dealing with high volume & high priority tickets on a regular basis. Providing friendly & quality support for all users, There will be some basic server and network troubleshooting. However you will have the support of the System Administration team when necessary.
