Recognised as a leader in their industry, this Australian organization have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join the Brisbane based team. You will specialise in first level IT support to internal users across regional and metro sites.
As a member of the Helpdesk Support team you will be required to provide telephone support to both blue and white collar employees across multiple sites throughout Australia.
Support will range from email and user account administration, software installation, and hardware support.
You will work hand in hand with an organisation who will in return offer a challenging, rewarding work environment with the potential to progress your career and experience with the company.
This large organisation will continue to develop your skills with the introduction to training and development programs alongside the opportunity to work with unique and challenging technology.
You will be offered flexible working hours between 8am to 6pm as shift work will be available. This is a contract position.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
- Windows XP/7/8.1 platforms
- POS support experience supporting network environments
- PC/Laptop Support (image machines, software installation and rollout)
- Application and mobile support
- User Provisioning (email and user account administration)
- Ability to communicate with all types
In this role you may be required to travel locally to sites for further training and technical support requirements.
