Working in a team of five providing frontline support using exceptional technical abilities. It will be a diverse role including support for Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and Skype for Business. There is a strong priority on servers and virtualisation. At times you will be dealing with a high call volume so effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. ITIL understanding is preferable as well as experience around ITSM Systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
You will possess strong troubleshooting skills within a Windows environment. Initially it will begin as a 6 month contract but there is a strong possibility of extension with the possibility to transition into a permanent member of staff.
