A well respected company specialising in the professional division operating for over 30 years. They pride themselves on their customer service skills, to support over 750 members of staff. The organisation looks after their team and reinvests heavily into the IT department, with extensive training & opportunity to develop in place.
Working in a dynamic team of five, you will be the first point of call providing high quality technical support for internal staff using exceptional customer service skills. It will be a varied role including support for Active Directory, Citrix and Exchange in a Microsoft Environment. ITIL understanding is beneficial as well as a tertiary recognised qualification and relevant commercial industry experience.
You will possess effective troubleshooting skills with previous experience working in a corporate desktop environment desirable. You will have a strong background in the Microsoft Office Suite, with experience maintaining servers & networks essential. The role will require you to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment. Previous support of Cisco devices such as video conferencing, and telephony administration will be highly regarded along with hardware troubleshooting.
