Based in Brisbane CBD, this organisation seeks a bright, corporate Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 4 weeks covering annual leave.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Completing expense claims for staff
- Arranging travel for managers
- General administration
You will have a bright and bubbly personality along with an immaculate presentation. You will communicate well and pride yourself on your organisational skills. You will have intermediate MS Office skills and have worked within corporate offices. Over two years' experience in a previous Reception role in a professional environment is essential.
