As the Technical support analyst, you will be the first point of contact to clients across Australia and New Zealand, giving first and second level support to key stakeholders as well as supporting the internal users in Sydney. The role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to FastTrack their IT career and work with multiple clients from a range of different industries.
The key technologies supported will be
- Windows OS Server
- TCP/IP Networking protocols
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and outgoing personality
- 12-24 months in a similar role
- Current Australian driver's license
- Tertiary education qualifications
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- Paid certifications

This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney CBD and is offering up to $70k (plus super) - depending on experience.
