This company is an MSP, that provides IT related support to its small to medium sized clients. Continued growth in the company has provided the opportunity for new roles, in particular on-field IT support, with a range of projects and expansion operations planned for the future.
As a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician, you will be travelling to a range of client sites, where you will be providing on-site support across servers, networks, virtualisation and end-user devices.
Due to the heavy emphasis of face-to-face interaction with clients, customer service skills and a confident attitude will prove vital in this role.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful applicant of this role will have AT LEAST 12 months working experience in an MSP, in a level 1-2 IT support role, and a valid drivers license.
