After an increase in workload due a recent significant client win, they now seek a Document Controller on a permanent basis to join the Contracts Administration team. This opportunity will offer you an exciting and varied opportunity, all while working in a supportive team environment.
As the Document Controller you will support various divisions and have duties and responsibilities that will include however will not be limited to:
- Creating and manage documents
- Arrange and coordinate logistical requirements
- Review and provide forecasting updates
- Liaise consistently with international and local suppliers
- Management of vendor invoices and payments
- Ad hoc duties as requested.
As the successful Document Controller, you will have experience in managing large contracts for global businesses. You will have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and experience with a large EPR. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail are required.
