After an increase in workload due a recent significant client win, they now seek a Document Administrator for a long term position, to join the Contracts Administration team. This opportunity will offer you an exciting and varied opportunity, all while working in a supportive team environment.
As the Document Administrator you will support various divisions and have duties and responsibilities that will include however will not be limited to:
- Creating and manage documents
- Expediting orders
- Arrange and coordinate logistical requirements
- Review and provide forecasting updates
- Liaise consistently with international and local suppliers
- Management of vendor invoices and payments
- Ad hoc duties as requested
As the successful Document Administrator, you will have experience in managing large contracts for global businesses.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail are required.
You will have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and experience with a large EPR.
