Due to maternity leave and a recent significant client win, they now seek a Contracts Administration Assistant for an ongoing position. This opportunity will offer you an exciting and varied opportunity, all while working in a supportive team environment.
As the Contracts Administration Assistant, you will support various consultants and have duties and responsibilities that will include however will not be limited to:
- Create and manage documents, including invoices.
- Arrange and coordinate logistical requirements.
- Review and provide forecasting updates.
- Liaise consistently with international and local suppliers.
- Management of vendor invoices and payments.
- Ad hoc duties as requested.
As the successful Contracts Administration Assistant, you will have experience in managing large contracts for global businesses. You will have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and experience with a large EPR.
