Due to maternity leave and a recent significant client win, they now seek a Contracts Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend. This opportunity will offer you an exciting and varied opportunity, all while working in a supportive team environment.
As the Contract Administrator you will support various consultants and have duties and responsibilities that will include however will not be limited to:
- Creating and manage documents
- Arrange and coordinate logistical requirements
- Review and provide forecasting updates
- Liaise consistently with international and local suppliers
- Management of vendor invoices and payments
- Ad hoc duties as requested
As the successful Contracts Administrator, you will have experience in managing large contracts for global businesses. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail are required. You will have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and experience with a large EPR.
