The Company



Our client is a leading well-being-based company. They are seeking an all rounder who has excellent customer service skills. Your primary focus will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting the Accounts Payable and Payroll functions. Your superior knowledge of Excel will be crucial as you are required to create V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables, as well as utilize formulae. You will enjoy the ease the easy commute, the additional training and extra responsibility with time.



The Role




  • Oversee the administrative and clerical needs of the finance department

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Match and batch code

  • Resolve issues

  • Process invoices

  • Conduct data entry

  • Support the payroll function



Your Skills & Experience




  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.

  • A background in customer service with some accounting experience.

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables.

  • Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.

  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.

You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You have a flexible outlook and are able to take care of frequent interruptions and changing priorities. You have strong communication, customer service and social skills, especially with contacts from both technical and financial backgrounds. You have the initiative and creative flair to offer innovative solutions to improve the finance function.
