This position reports to the Financial Reporting Manager, and if you are successful in your application, you will join a hardworking and high-performance team with varied strengths.



The Role



In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the year end closure as well as various ad hoc projects including process improvements and streamlining, cashflow forecasting and budgeting. This role would run for 3-6 months depending on performance and workload.


Do you have stellar organisational skills? Part of your daily tasks will be to code documents and prepare statements and reports utilising multiple sources.


You will have plenty of scope for your talents to shine as you assist in budgetary controls and contribute to special projects.



Your Skills & Experience



* Degree qualified in Commerce, Business or related field.


* CPA or CA.


* Excellent data entry skills.


* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and larger ERP systems.


* Extraordinary ability to multi-task and attention to detail are critical.


* Forward-thinking experience in general accounting and administration support.


* Excellent eye for detail and dedication to accuracy.


* Strong communication skills to explain ideas to a variety of colleagues.



About you



In order to be successful for this role you will be a forward-thinker with strong analytical experience and proven success in a similar role. Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified, or alternatively nearing completion of, with a good working knowledge of Excel. You will question the status quo and will have excellent communication skills to easily convey your ideas.
