The Company



Our client is searching for an experienced Billings Officer to join a successful CBD based company with a progressive history! This opportunity will see a motivated team-player oversee the Billings coordination within the Operations Team. Your experience in administration support, billings and collections will be pivotal for your success in this role. You will enjoy the opportunity to work within an environment that will allow you to upskill and challenge yourself. There will also be intrinsic benefits to reward you for your hard efforts.



The Role



The responsibilities of the successful Billings Officer will include:




  • Monitoring and maintaining customer information

  • Invoice production

  • Receipting and allocation of payments

  • Inputting and processing journal entries

  • Assisting with month end close

  • Reconciliation of accounts

  • Collections and billing

  • Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments



Your Skills & Experience




  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.

  • Strong experience in a related role spanning at least two years.

  • Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.

  • Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.

  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent time management skills.
