As part of a leading global lodging company, you will belong in the finance team handling two stylish and sophisticated boutique hotels.
Supporting and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be leading a team of 8 accounting staff including qualified accountants and transactional staff. Handling two separate hotel entities, you will be responsible for taking on a leadership role and driving performance within the team, overseeing the internal, external and regulatory audit processes, end of month reporting, KPI reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reports.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in your role as Assistant Finance Manager, you will have;
- Experience managing a team in a similar role
- Hotel, hospitality or retail industry experience
- A degree or other tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (CA, CPA, CIMA)
- Peoplesoft experience (desirable but not essential) and
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
