The Role
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Answering, screening and transferring calls
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, mailing
  • Preparing and processing of contracts
  • Monthly reports and invoices
  • Attending monthly meetings
  • Coordinating tasks
  • Maintaining existing relationships
  • Providing Administrative support to the management team

Your Profile
To be considered for this role you must possess:

  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Focused on excellence in everything that you do
  • Passionate about the building industry

Minimum of 5 years' experience within Administration ideally within Building and Construction Industry. High attention to detail a must, along with being proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
