Our client is a leading company within their industry and are dedicated to providing a high level of service to their customers.
This role will require exceptional customer service skills along with current SAP experience. The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and resolving payroll queries
- Liaising with clients
- Coordinating all customer requests
- Understanding of the full payroll cycle
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the full payroll cycle, any experience running payroll will also be highly desirable. SAP experience is a must and someone with a strong level of problem solving skills who can take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment.
