This is a great opportunity to work with a world leading payment solutions company. Located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this company is an industry leader in providing corporate payments to the business sector.
You will be responsible for providing first and second level application support and liasing with Application Development, Business Analysis and Network and Infrastructure teams to complete third level application support activities.
You will also be responsible for:
- Scheduling, Monitoring and successful completion of system processing including billing, productions and distribution of reports.
- User software and hardware management including administering of user profiles and installations.
- System backups.
- Logging of all user calls on the help desk.
- Second level application support.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent customer service skills and excellent communication. You will also have a minimum of 3 years similar experience.
You MUST have strong experience with:
- Knowledge of networking and support.
- Microsoft SQL.
- Application Support.
- Knowledge of System Administration.
You must also have:
- A degree or similar qualification in computing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong focus on delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours depending upon production roster.
