Our client is a not for profit organization achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. Seeking a Customer Service Team Leader who builds and sustains positive relationships, is adaptable and responds under direction to changes in clients' needs and expectations.
Reporting to the General Manager you will manage your day by completing the following tasks:
- Manage performance
- Staff appraisals
- Handling difficult clients
- Account Management
- Staff development
- HR records Management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Administration ad hoc
- Manage CS staff
- Inbound and outbound calls
This position is an on call role and therefore you will be contacted regarding shifts when needed, the chosen candidate will need to be flexible in terms of days and hours and available on short term notice. This is an ideal role for someone just looking for casual employment.
The successful candidate must be willing to obtain a satisfactory police check.
