The next few years will focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience while leveraging the increased economies of scale to deliver the organisation's mission in a sustainable manner.



The Role


This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Administration Manager to join a growing office in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer some of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position will include;
* Lead and support multiple direct reports in various locations across Victoria
* Support the regional leadership teams ensuring the effective end-to-end operations across Victoria
* Review and implement Business processes and procedures
* Manage and maintain budgets as well as coordinating a range of key office functions
* Ensure compliance of all training, licencing and OH&S policies.
* Establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders



About You


You will have:


* Successful track record of managing people, including coaching and developing a high-performance team.
* Experience in a similar position, Not-for-profit experience is desirable
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to work effectively within a busy environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.


You must have Unlimited Working Rights in Australia, pass a Police Check and hold a current Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain this.


You will have a valid drivers license.
