We are looking for an experienced, full function Accounts Officer who can also assist with the Payroll department. Reporting directly into the General Manager, the role is to manage the creditor's ledger and Payroll function to ensure the company's cash flow is well maintained. We are seeking a mature minded, well presented professional who can accurately take ownership of this diverse role.
As a full function Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Daily calling of creditors, re payment of accounts
- Supplier reconciliations
- Processing high volume of invoices, approx. 250 per week
- Processing payments
- Liaising with suppliers with general enquiries and disputes
This busy role will involve constant communication with suppliers therefore strong interpersonal skills are required. You will be a confident Full Function Accounts Officer who has experience in dealing with a number of suppliers. You will also be required to provide assistance to the Payroll function therefore clear communication skills is imperative.
