Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a prestigious organisation based in the Inner Eastern Suburbs on a 6-month temporary basis starting ASAP.
This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive & friendly finance team within a well-respected organisation on a long-term temporary basis.
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
- Daily coding, matching and processing of invoices
- Gaining the appropriate approval of invoices from Management
- Managing the Accounts Payable email inbox
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers, resolving queries
To be successful, you will be an immediately available Accounts Administrator / AP Officer who is able to hit the ground running and assist the Finance Team during their busy period. Excellent attention to detail & accuracy coupled with the ability to pick up new system and process quickly is essential.
