The Company

Based in Tingalpa, this organisation seeks a down to earth and professional Receptionist / admin officer to join their team for 3 weeks. Our client has been established in the Brisbane market for more than 20years and has a very low staff turnover. They truly value their staff and the positive impact they make on the organisations reputation.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
  • Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with end of month reconciliation
  • Monthly reports
  • Organising catering
  • Booking meetings
  • Booking travel for staff
  • Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
  • Preparing documents and letters
  • General administration

Your Profile

You will have recent experience as a Receptionist / Admin officer, previous experience in a temporary role will be highly regarded.
