The Company

Based in Murarrie, this construction organisation seeks a well presented and professional receptionist / admin officer to join their team for 4 weeks. This company, boasts a great office environment and a down to earth team.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
  • Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Organising catering
  • Booking meetings
  • Booking travel for staff
  • Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
  • Preparing documents and letters
  • General administration

Your Profile

You will have recent experience as a Receptionist / Admin officer within the past year and experience in the Construction industry. You will pride yourself in making a great first impression and truly love being the face of the company. You will have the ability to multitask and liaise with staff and customers of all levels.
