Provide second level remote, over the phone and face to face support for a client base. The role requires diagnosing and resolution of technical issues at the highest level. To be successful you will demonstrate commercial experience with Window Server technologies, Active Directory and MS Exchange with exposure to online migrations. You will have expose to the latest cutting edge technologies while being a part of a close knit team who are driven to succeed.
With a heavy emphasis on customer service and resolution, you will be an experienced IT professional with a passion for Microsoft technologies. Demonstrate a minimum 3-5 years in the following.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005,2008,2012+
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon Web Services
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Operating System and Services (Windows Server)
- Virtual Machine Technology/Hyper V
- Proven experience supporting level 1 & 2 helpdesk team members.
