Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a widely known and well respected Healthcare organisation. They are located in the CBD in open plan, recently refurbished offices, close to public transport and amenities. Due to extra workload they require the assistance of a hardworking and professional Accounts Payable officer who can join them with an immediate start. This is an ongoing temporary role that will move into a permanent position with strong performance.
As the successful candidate you will be required to commence immediately and will report into a friendly and supportive Accounts Payable Manager. Your duties will include:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices,
- Processing a high volume of invoices,
- Weekly payment runs,
- Account reconciliations,
- Responding to internal and external queries.
Ideally you will be a highly motivated and hardworking candidate who has experience working within the duties listed above. You will have high levels of accuracy and strong written and oral communication skills. You will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLookUp's and Pivot Tables and will have experience working with a large ERP system..
