Due to increased workload and growth, OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced white-collar recruiter to join the team as a Senior Recruitment Resourcer for 3-6 months. You will be working in a social, tight-knit and driven team who work fast and love a laugh.
Reporting to the Division Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and posting job ads
- Screening resumes and conducting telephone interviews
- Booking face-to-face interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Ensuring temporary staff are fully compliant
- Assisting with confirmation emails
- Managing candidate queries
As the successful candidate, you will have recent experience in white-collar recruitment position, ideally within an agency. You will be hard working, driven and be able to hit the ground running. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to deal with range of internal and external parties.
This is a great opportunity for anyone on a Working Holiday Visa who can commit for at least 3 months and have strong recruitment experience.
