Specialise in first and second level IT support. Motivated IT professionals with over 12 months commercial Helpdesk exposure will thrive in this fast paced technical environment. You will provide day-to-day support for staff at all levels. With a strong training program in place you will be given the perfect platform to drive your career forward. Supporting Microsoft based technology the role requires you to provide remote and over the phone assistance to an internal customer base across Australia. You will be accountable for identifying/diagnosing technical faults and providing effective solutions while liaising closely with your team.
To be successful in this position you must have at least 12 months Helpdesk experience for a large customer base demonstrating:
- Phone and remote support
- Active directory administration
- Windows 7 support
- Hardware and software break/fix
- POS system support (advantageous)
- Excellent customer service
