Based in Milton, this professional services company seeks a well presented, professional and experienced Administrator to join the team for 4-6 weeks. This company has been long established in Brisbane and boasts a social and energetic office. They are searching for someone who can easily adapt to their personable office staff and hit the ground running.
Reporting to the Director, some of your daily duties will include:
- Organising and booking travel
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Running daily reports for Management
- Preparation of agendas for meetings
- Organising catering
- Calendar management
- Managing incoming correspondence
- Assisting and coordinating office requirements
- Reception relief
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- General administration
You will have recent and extensive corporate Administration experience and proven experience working in a fast paced role. You will be well presented, have a friendly personality and no task will be too big or small.
Experience with a professional services company and having prior temp experience is advantageous
