With over 50 years' experience, this organisation has a national footprint. They seek a Sales Administrator to join their team within the electrical manufacturing division.
They have offices located throughout Australia and have over 700 staff members nationally.
They pride themselves on their down to earth culture and are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
Working closely with Project Managers, Suppliers and internal key stakeholders, this is a great opportunity for someone with previous Sales and Service experience to join a fun team!
Reporting to the General Manager, your role will involve:
- Answering incoming calls
- Raising purchase orders using PRONTO
- Purchasing parts and stock control
- Arranging contractors to visit sites
- Working closely with suppliers
- Chasing back orders
- Working with key clients regarding faults / defects
- Warranty administration
- Travel Arrangements for project managers
- General administration support for project managers and alike
You will have experience working in a Sales Administration capacity previously and ideally within a manufacturing environment. It is integral you have raised purchase orders, worked closely with suppliers and clients and pride yourself on your high levels of customer service. You will have knowledge of stock control and parts and work well in a down to earth and manufacturing environment. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start so you must be able to commence immediately.
