Based in Brisbane's CBD Fringe, this IT Company is looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Administration Officer for a 3-6 week temporary role. This organisation is a close knit team, have a passion for any new technology and work hard every day. Due to an increase in work load they seek a highly driven and motivated individual to start immediately!
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Answering a busy switchboard
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Printing, filing and faxing
- Invoicing and receipting
- Data entry
- Extensive software skills are required
- Ordering stock
- Internet research abilities
The successful candidate will be adaptable, friendly minded and have previous experience in temporary Reception and/or Administration roles. You will have great time management and communication skills along with experience within the IT industry. You will be available to start immediately.
You will have your own reliable transport and be able to hit the ground running! The successful candidate will be able to work up until Christmas and majority of January 2017.
