Based at Lutwyche, this stable organisation seeks a Receptionist who can problem solve and can hold themselves responsible to support the busy team.
This a role where you will be the first point of contact and work for a company that highly respects all levels of staff.

Reporting to the accounts team, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Managing email correspondence
- Assisting with customer queries via phone
- Screening and redirecting calls
- Sending reports on behalf of directors
- Organising and booking holiday calendars
- General ad hoc as required
You will have a friendly yet highly professional representation. You will communicate well and display rationality and diligence while representing the company.
This is a temporary role that will run for approximately 4 weeks therefore it is essential that you commit to this time frame. You will receive a day handover and feel confident to work autonomously for the remaining of the role. Those who are available for a hand over next week and display commitment to the role will be considered advantageously.
