The Company

Based in the CBD fringe, this Accounting Firm seeks a friendly, corporately presented and experienced Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 2 weeks. This firm has lovely new offices and boats spectacular views of the Brisbane river.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
  • Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
  • Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
  • Typing letters and sending to clients
  • Organising catering
  • Booking meetings
  • Data entry
  • Electronic filing
  • General administration

Your Profile

You will have a bright and bubbly personality along with experience within the Accounting industry. You will communicate well and pride yourself on your organisational skills. To be successful in this positon you must have intermediate MS Office skills and have worked within corporate offices within the last 12 months.

Our client is looking for someone who has had experience in temp Reception roles previously to ensure they can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone who enjoys being the face of the company and takes pride in their role as a Receptionist.

You must be immediately available and have your own reliable transport.
