This company prides itself on looking after their clients and are therefore interested in someone who displays professionalism and can build strong rapport. The role will report to the office manager who is looking for someone who they can trust to represent the company on their behalf.
As a Receptionist your duties will include:
- Meeting and Greeting clients as they arrive
- Assisting with refreshments/catering for clients and staff
- Booking meeting rooms
- Answering incoming calls from clients
- Assorting and delivering mail on behalf of staff
- Photocopying, filing and scanning of client correspondence
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a team player and enthusiastic. You will have great time management and communication skills along with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite. You will be highly organised, focused and have impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous receptionist experience working within the legal sector. This role is to start this week, so the successful candidate must be immediately available.
