Our client is looking for an experienced temporary receptionist who can bring a great attitude to the company while their receptionist is on leave. This organisation boasts a fun yet hard working environment. This is a great opportunity to join a great team where you can utilise your receptionist skills in a varied role.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and redirecting the phones
- Addressing all enquiries
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Organising mail for staff
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
The successful candidate will have a friendly, confident personality and the ability to deal with high pressure situations. Our client needs someone who will listen to their needs and take initiative to ensure minimal complications in day to day duties. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. This will be a very busy role, so our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and is adaptable.
You will have a minimum of 2 years receptionist experience in the property industry, great attention to detail and be resilient. The successful candidate will be immediately available and looking to continue building on their experience.
