A great opportunity has arisen in a fantastic company to join the team as an experienced Personal Assistant. This company values a face-to-face interaction and is looking for the perfect person to fit into their tight knit organisation.
As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities include:
- Providing PA support when requires
- Organising board papers and meeting minutes
- Ordering catering and office supplies
- Managing office invoices and expenses
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Event planning
- Booking meeting rooms and telephone conferences
- Sorting and delivering mail
- Managing and collating reports
- Organising travel accommodation
- General Ad hoc
The successful candidate will have extensive experience within a Personal Assistant role within the past 12 months, excellent multi-tasking and prioritising skills. You must have a strong team focus and advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook abilities. This role is specifically looking for someone who is excited to be in this role permanently.
This company is looking for a candidate who wants to be an integral apart of the organisation, takes initiative, enjoys hard work but also doesn't take themselves too seriously.
This role will start ASAP, so the ideal candidate must be immediately available and able to interview for this position this week.
