Our client is an established Managed Service Provider. They work with dynamic and brand-new technologies across windows server operating systems and cloud hosting platforms.
Creating new knowledge base and articles from existing technical problems.
Provide remote and onsite IT support as a second point of escalation.
Your Skills & Experience
Provide level 2 technical support internally and on site.
Escalating jobs to the next appropriate level of importance
Supporting and building long term relationships with clients
In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications. Creativity to translate complex IT issues into simple steps that a wide audience can understand.
People and communication skills for client sites
